I Work With Individuals, Couples, and Families
In Individual therapy sessions, we create a safe space to explore issues that cause distress, such as depression, anxiety, grief, loss, life transitions, self-criticism, stress management and negative thinking patterns. A combination of techniques is used to help you create a new map for moving forward in your life, such as emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and self-regulation. I provide a unique combination of empathy and practical skills that help you make positive changes in your life.
Using an evidence based approach, Emotionally Focused Therapy, I help couples identify the negative cycles can keep them stuck, and guide them in developing new patterns of interaction that lead to deeper connection.
